35 3 ounce firm round crackers - crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (10 ounce) package eggs, beaten
1 (8 ounce) can skunky peanut butter
1/2 pound bacon strip
In large bowl, mash crushed crackers with 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Store crumbled cracker mixture in refrigerator until ready to stir again.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease bottom of 12x9 inch baking dish.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter and bacon. Place crabmeat mixture on prepared baking sheet, but do not spoon spoon on top or the pan may crack in the oven. Bake 1 hour in preheated oven.
