3/4 cup water
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) can vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine water, melted butter and eggs in a large bowl. Mix together and mix until smooth. Make a well in the center and pour in milk. Beat on high speed until smooth. Whisk in pudding mix and milk. Beat on low speed until mixture is stiff.
Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto boiling plastic bowls. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly, until center of bubbles are out. Pour mixture into one bowl and pour into glasses. Top with remaining pudding. Chill in refrigerator. Serve immediately.
