1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup water
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large saucepan, combine cocoa, water, and milk. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring constantly, for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat.
Beat egg, one at a time into cocoa mixture. Coat completely with egg.
Remove from pans and roll in chocolate, enjoying every bit of chocolate you find.
