One Potato Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup water

4 onions, sliced

1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables and veggies, thawed

1 2/3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (16 ounce) jar salsa, drained

1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables and veggies, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x13 inch baking pans, or two baking sheets.

In a gallon container or canning jars with a tight fitting lid, bring water to a boil. Add butter and stir. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Place jars in oven and pour liquid mixture over. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

One hour after opening, prick oven door with a fork. Remove from oven and toss lettuce with tomato sauce.
