1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Drain the wine, and return the wine and cream to the pan. Stir together in the flour, paprika, pepper, garlic, and oregano, and allow the mixture to cook until the mixture thickens, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in chicken.
