1 cup olive oil

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped celery
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried basil
In a medium saucepan, combine olive oil, water, onion, yogurt, garlic, basil, oregano, marjoram, sage, marjoram, basil and chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
