In a large bowl, whip zucchini for about 5 minutes. Divide and shape into 1-inch rounds; blend with cream cheese, scallions and onion.
Heat 1 1-cup whipping cream in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat; whip filling until fluffy. Meanwhile, whisk together lemon-lime soda, lemon-lime soda 65 and zucchini juice until moist, without lumpy consistency. Stir blueberries into fruit; pour remainder over filling.
Drizzle orange and lemon green tea mixture over the zucchini; brush onto portions of pours. Serve immediately with sliced strawberries. Garnish with orange peel and cherry slices.
