1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
3 cups white wine
2 pounds whole convicts
In a large pot over medium heat, combine olive oil, onion, garlic powder and salt. Cover, and simmer until oil is reduced, about 10 minutes.
Mix white wine into pot along with convicts. Bring to a full boil, stirring slowly. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer slightly. Place pan in lightly greased plastic bowl and cover with foil or plastic wrap. Place pan in refrigerator to cool completely.
