Cocoa Ganache Tarts Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 spoon cream of coconut

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 pound ripe bananas, frozen

4 large marshmallows

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 8-inch square cake pans.

Stir together cream cheese, cream of coconut, sugar and bananas in large bowl. Add marshmallows and lemon juice; beat well. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are golden. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm.
