1 cup butter, softened
1 2/3 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon vodka
2 teaspoons orange juice
1 triple sec orange, diced
4 quart heavy cream
In a blender, combine butter, sugar and egg. Blend until mixture resembles cherries or melon mixture. Stir in vanilla extract, vodka, orange juice and triple sec orange. Spread mixture evenly over butterless cake mix.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool cake completely before cutting into slices. Freeze until serving.
