1 tablespoon olive oil
4 medium tomatoes, halved
1 medium onion, quartered
1 medium green bell pepper, quartered
3 medium onions, quartered
3 medium carrots, diced
3 medium carrots, chopped
1 2/3 cups oil for frying
5 medium zucchini, sliced
In A large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute tomatoes in olive oil until they are golden brown. Stir in onion, bell pepper, carrots, onion slices, carrots, orange cake, chile pepper, and zucchini. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Shape into 1 inch balls. Serve or leave whole.
