Broccoli Bake Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Italian sausage

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried chives

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup water

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

2 pounds roma (plum) tomatoes, sliced

1 pound shredded cucumber

1 pound baby carrots, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 can tomato paste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix shredded cheese and sausage. Shape into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a 11x5 inch baking dish. Place sliced onion, seasoning salt, oregano, basil, oregano, chives, basil, salt, marjoram, black pepper, and basil on top. Pour water over everything.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 15 minutes more. Let cool for 10 minutes in oven, then turn out onto a wire rack. Brush top of tomato sauce with water and sprinkle with chopped onion and tomato paste. Return to oven over medium heat. Place in oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until tomato sauce begins to bubble.
