Ingredients

5 cloves garlic, minced

1/8 teaspoon salt

8 ounces salmon, cut into 1 inch pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons paprika

2 green onions, chopped

3 medium tomatoes, chopped

6 medium carrots, chopped

2 medium onions, chopped

Directions

In a large saucepan, mix the garlic, salt, and fish until well coated. Add the 3 tablespoons olive oil and heat gently over medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer for approximately 30 seconds.

Pour the oil mixture into a small saucepan and place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the oil has almost reached the oil.
