4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
2 cups mashed potato
1/3 cup milk
4/5 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons butter, softened
Mix together flour and salt. Form a ball, about 2 inches in diameter, place 1 tablespoon of the ball in a shallow bowl and shake to coat.
In a large bowl, cream together 2 eggs, milk and 3 tablespoons butter until smooth. Beat in flour mixture alternately with milk. Stir in croc, potatoes and milk.
Pour egg mixture into flour/cream mixture; mix until well blended. There should be at least one egg and milk mixture in the dough.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) and bake for another 10 minutes. Cool before serving.
