3/4 cup white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
In a blender full of ice, blend sugar, lemon flavored gelatin, and lemon juice. Fill blender with lemonade concentrate. Blend until ingredients are completely dissolved. Pour into glasses and serve. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
I mashed the carrots and purple beans first, then added the onion and garlic. This was part of a wider cooking exercise--white beans, brussel sprouts, and so forth. This was way too bland, and way too heavy for my needs. Perhaps I'll def make this again.
