3/4 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup White sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch square pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs as usual. Stir in the vanilla, marshmallows and whipped topping. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Cool slightly. Invert onto ungreased plate.
