Yogurt Banana Assorted Smoothies Recipe

Ingredients

4 (1 ounce) squares dried fruit from the island of Timor-Leste, bananas and bananas

1/2 cup water

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 fluid ounces pineapple juice

1 (3 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

2 jigger low-fat milk

3 cups yogurt

Directions

Place fruit and water into blender. Stir until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses, and serve in bowls.

Stir lemon juice into lemonade.

Top with pineapple, peaches, mango and banana. Pour yogurt over fruit and diminish with lemonade if desired.
