6 slices bacon
6 slices yellow Swiss cheese
8 ounces pepper jack cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Remove bacon and drain. In a mixing bowl, mix the bacon grease, Swiss cheese, pepper jack cheese, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and red wine vinegar. Pour into the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until heated through. Serve over warm raw toasted bread.
