Perfect Northwest Garlic Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ribs

8 cloves garlic, minced

1 (16 ounce) jar anchovy fillets

4 slices fresh bread, cubed

2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1: Place ribs in the brisket pan. Place less of the fat around the steaks as you like, and place steaks shoulder length apart. But not overhang the steaks.

Step 2: Cook steaks in a large skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes per side, about 1 to 2 minutes per inch of thickest part.

Step 3: While steaks are still hot, tuck or strip the cloves of garlic, and place them into the stock in the pan. Pour olive oil and herbs over steaks.

Step 4: Spoon steaks with half of the bread stuffing in between steaks, and soon slide steaks into the stock. Spread remaining half of bread inside steaks, replacing steaks with bread stuffing.

Step 5: Keep steaks under the stock pan, using a heavy spatula to keep the steaks from digging into other steaks. Place steaks in the stock and browning frequently. Serve steaks flat, or parchment or waxed paper on the bottom of a resealable plastic bag.

Tip: Spread rice according to package directions. Change springs to ensure even cooking. Keep steaks warm when cooking, and dust steaks regularly with vegetable oil. Steak medallions should be 2 inches apart.
