6 tablespoons butter
8 cups chopped fresh strawberries
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
10 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
Combine sugar, salt, and orange extract in large bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, and orange extract; add to cherries, strawberries, and pineapple salad. Mix thoroughly. Spread cream cheese mixture on fruit.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven until custard thickens, about 40 minutes. Cool completely, but reserve.
