1 1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
1/2 cup instant chocolate pudding
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread an inch of waxed paper onto bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 seconds. Brush the top and sides of the parchment with butter or margarine, and press all the chocolate chips into the center. Place chocolate pieces on the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Remove pan from oven, and cool completely. Cut into 1/2 inch squares. Place cookies 1 to 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
