1 (3 ounce) package dry chicken broth
1 (5 ounce) can honey mustard
2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons honey
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 small sweet onion, sliced
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Fill a saucepan with water to cover the bottom of pan. Place pan over high heat.
Place chicken in pan and pour chicken broth over all. Cover and turn to coat. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until juices of chicken run clear.
Stir in paprika, honey mustard, and honey mustard. Bring to a slow boil. Stir in cauliflower and stir in sweet onion. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in flour, leaving a little liquid in pan. Add the chicken, cauliflower and sweet onion, stir in flour. Pour mixture over chicken. Chill and serve.
