1 1/4 cups butter
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1 teaspoon bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon dried lemon pie spice
1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 (8 ounce) package salted crabmeat, drained
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a 9x13 inch pan mix butter, flour, red onion, mushrooms, olives, bay leaf, lemon pie spice, sage, thyme and thyme. Season with crabmeat by adding salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, turning occasionally. Allow to cool, uncover and serve warm.
