1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 cups cabbage
1 cup red cabbage
4 cups halved strawberries
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, stir together the mushrooms, cabbage, strawberries, soy sauce and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
