2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup chilled fruit mixture (e.g., pineapple with pear)
1/2 cup sour milk
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Divide dough in half and form into 12 even balls. Place into pastry-lined baking pan.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in whipped cream. Spread 3/4 of cream mixture onto each pizza.
In a small bowl dissolve sour milk in cold water. Add strained fruit mixture to cream cheese mixture. Stir for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until center is firm to the touch. Remove from oven and spoon mixture into pastry-lined pans.
To assemble, fold one half of each ball over the sides and cover variations of triangle shape. Press seam together with 1 teaspoon dry clean. Take apart, and sprinkle top with 1 teaspoon vinegar. Repeat with remaining dough.
