Easy and Delicious Fudge Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (7 ounce) package Fudge Matte Sugar Cookies

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/4 cups vegetable oil

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3 egg whites

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread 1/2 cup of melted Fudge On the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Arrange Fudge On top of cream cheese pie. Moosh the remaining green pepper and butter all over the Fudge.

Turn oven off and place pie in preheated oven for approximately 1 minute, stirring constantly. Freeze until firm. Remove fudge mixture from freezer, remove from freezer.

Place sliced cherry on top of pie. Press remaining green pepper evenly over cherry. Garnish with remaining green pepper and cream cheese mixture. Do not cut red fruit. Cut slices of fruit from fruit section of pie to drizzle cream cheese filling over pie. Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator.

Slice fruit from fruit section of pie to drizzle cream cheese filling over pie. Cover pie and chill for at least 1 hour, cutting as needed. Serve with ice cream.
