1 (16 ounce) jar pasta sauce
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 pound simmered beef
2 (6 inch) lasagna noodles
1 tomato, sliced
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
In large skillet over medium heat, saute diced onion in oil until tender. Add meat and simmer 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and remaining 3/4 cup of meat; simmer 10 minutes.
Melt butter in preheated oven. In small bowl, pour in broccoli and worcestershire sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
Gradually stir in tomato with boiled liquid. Heat through and serve.
