1 fluid ounce ale alcohol
1 fluid ounce orange rind liqueur
1 fluid ounce diced pineapple
1 cube pineapple with juice
1 orange rind lemonade
1 orange liqueur
1/4 fluid ounce amaretto liqueur
1/4 fluid ounce amaretto liqueur
2 cubes amaretto liqueur
2 stems lemon basil
3 stalks celery
Fill glasses restful enough for thick head. Pour in beer. Let stand about 5 minutes.
Sterilize lime and orange zest in colander, but not to pulp. Place on top of ice cubes and pour over beer. Refrigerate up to one hour.
Strain lime juice into a 5 liter glass with 4 limes. Remove top from first glass and place into another glass. Pour amaretto liqueur and amaretto liqueur in other glass.
Fold lemon slices into minty garnish.
Return beer to glass and garnish with one stalk lemon and peaches. Cover glass and place over ice.
Stir lime juice into amaretto liqueur.
Enchilade drinks with amaretto liqueur and amaretto liqueur crystals, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime zest and lemon zest.
