2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, milk, oil, eggs, vanilla, flour and baking soda. Stir the mixture into the creamed mixture until well blended. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until set. Cool completely on waxed paper.
