Italian Meatballs II Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 cup Italian-style dried bread crumbs

1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

3 eggs

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet.

In a medium bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, oregano, basil, oregano, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, eggs and olive oil. Mix together, olive oil, olive oil, salt, salt, pepper and parsley. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place in the prepared baking sheet.
