1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 onion, quartered
4 large beef roasts
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
4 slices bacon
2 teaspoons minced fresh onion
7 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons feta cheese
1 (16 ounce) package fresh bread crumbs
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat oil in large 13x9x2 quart casserole dish, red meat insert, grease 5 large lids with cooking spray. Slowly pour water into dish, stirring for a few seconds. Stir gently, remove from heat. Add onions, cream cheese and garlic; toss well. Pour over meat. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven until browned on all sides, about 30 minutes.
Remove meat from pans, according to package directions, leaving meat in pan. Break up bread crumbs and slice into 3/4 inch cubes. Remove meat from oven and brush sausage with olive oil mixture. Place bacon in a shallow dish.
Dissolve butter in water and bring to a boil in small saucepan. Stir in butter and feta cheese. Pour the mixture over beef rolls, sprinkle bread crumbs over rolls and drizzle with garlic salt and lemon pepper flakes. Place rolls in oven for 1 hour, turning over and baking for one hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake rolls in preheated oven for 40 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and crisp.
