2 egg whites
2 2/3 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup instant coconut cream pudding mix
4 cups cold milk
1/4 cup orange juice
Put egg whites in large bowl and beat until stiff.
In a large glass jar with tight fitting lid, place puddings along side of lid. Place 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) on top.
Pour milk in small plastic bag; mix with vanilla extract. Place puddings in top of jar. Pour orange juice in bottom of jar.
Close lid and shake vigorously until most of pudding mixture is in. Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
