Salina's Italian Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 pinch garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 1/2 cups water

1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a small nonstick bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, pepper, water, bread crumbs and Italian seasoning and mix thoroughly.

Divide meat into 2 pieces and roll in bread crumbs. Shape mixture into 6 meatballs. Transfer meatballs to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake meatballs in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, basting in hot water when done.
