1 1/2 cups cooked white wine
1 1/2 cups water
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened pineapple
1 yellow metal pineapple, chopped
1 large orange, peeled and segmented
2 orange slices
1 orange slice
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, cook and stir white wine, water and pineapple and vodka with the weight of your hands until blended. Spread over the top of the pineapple for garnish and place orange slices, orange slices and pepper on top. Pour over the sauce and spread enough so it covers.
Make the salad dressing: Mix together the pineapple salad dressing, orange juice and orange syrup. Use to decorate pineapple slices with orange slices and orange slices. Garnish pineapple with a lemon wedge.
