1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons minced clams
1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 tablespoon sharp yellow mustard
In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese, milk, and cream cheese mixture. Beat in corn and onion. Shape into 8 pieces. Shape cream into balls. Place creamed mixture in a small bowl with chopped tomatoes.
Beat together cream-style corn syrup and mustard until smooth. Serve on an assortment of sandwich boards or roll in mini corn muffin wrappers or Flatspoon.
