Granny's Cookie Dough Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

3 tablespoons butter, melted

1 medium banana, sliced

2 eggs

1 1 egg white

1 1/2 tablespoons molasses

1/3 cup peanut butter

1 tablespoon butter

1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter and banana slices. Stir together eggs, egg white, molasses and peanut butter. Mix together well. Fold in the brown sugar. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven, or until caramel and a chocolate color are visible. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

I'll be making this again. Unfortunately, I couldn't get warm fingers in there. But other then that, really simple. I did end up throwing everything into a smaller dish then I originally intended, but that's ok because I didn't throw everything in the oven. It was still pretty thin so maybe next time I'll add another can of mushroom soup. It turned out great.[/QUOTE]
