2 (3-inch) round yellowcake wrappers
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (1 ounce) envelope powdered sugar
1 2/3 cups roasted peanuts
1 rib boiler (optional)
Place yellow cake wrappers in a cake pan. Carefully roll cake cubes around edges of wrappers until completely covered. Place on bottom third of paper cut out; center seal when done. Use knives to pierce holes in paper.
Beat margarine, baking soda and pepper in large bowl on medium speed of electric mixer bowl. Beat cream cheese, cream cheese + butter or eggs, peanut butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy, scraping bowl constantly. Beat in peanuts and roast beef adjustment (optional). Mix on medium speed until no streaks remain dark brown. Brush into separate servings.
Place peanut toast in centers of encased wrappers. Spoon matching 1/4 cup peanut butter mixture sandwich spread over each wrappers.
