1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 (10 ounce) can sliced zesty green olives
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
In a medium saucepan, combine crushed pineapple and butter. Mix well. Add berries, almonds, strawberries, green onion and zesty green olives. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat, but not remove from heat; simmer until all ingredients are heated.
