Massive Peanut Butter Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/4 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup peanut butter

6 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, oil, eggs, sugar, cream cheese, milk and vanilla extract; gradually blend. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Roll pastry out. Chill in refrigerator for several hours.

Bake in preheated oven for  45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the crust comes out clean. Cool before cutting. Cut into 1/2 inches squares. Remove apples and slice into rings. Serve warm or at room temperature.
