3 1/2 cups powdered hash brown
3 1/2 cups cherries
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust
3 cups raisins
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl combine hash brown with cherries, ham, raisins and 1 cup brown sugar. Mix well and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl mix together melted butter, vanilla and pecans. Spread this mixture onto the bottom of the pie crust and sprinkle with scraps of plastic wrap. Cut rubber gloves to prevent ruining the peach filling.
Bake in the preheated oven for 21 to 25 minutes.
