Ramen Noodle Soup II Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 large onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (4 ounce) can ramen noodles

Directions

Heat oil in large pot over high heat. Saute onions and garlic until golden. Pour in ramen noodles and tenderize in hot water for 5 minutes. Stir in sauce and sugar. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cooked noodles and mushrooms to soup mixture and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until noodles are cooked through. Stir in broth, if necessary, to stop the broth from clumping. Return to a boil, then reduce heat, and simmer about 5 minutes, until noodles are heated through.

Return noodle to a gentle boil. Remove from heat, stir in broth and serve.
