7 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons water
1 cup turkey ingredients
2 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon
2 tablespoons dried mint
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon coarse corn meal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Place eggs in an electric food processor or blender. Pulse 3 or 4 times to thoroughly puree eggs. Combine water, turkey ingredients, tarragon, mint and mustard powder, and mix until well blended.
Pour hot with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Spread onto cookie sheet and flatten with a fork and spoon.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Remove cookie sheet from oven, cool and break apart into spoon-sized pieces. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cool on rack of refrigerator.
