2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried chives
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 pounds sausage, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 large potato, peeled and cubed
2 1/2 cups white wine
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet over medium heat, bring liquid to a boil. Add the salt, Worcestershire sauce, onion, seasoned salt, garlic powder, chives, rosemary, sausage, potato, wine and oil. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium and add orange juice and salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming and stirring occasionally.
