Very good dinner! The Russet mushroom risotto with chowder. And equally as good the peruvian bread pudding. I discovered that you could substitute egg replacer lacrosse (I actually have a packet of organic egg replacer with me). I found the song "Where were you yesterday night..." by Tom Waits to be very appropriate. If you're not fond of lemon juice you're NOT going to like this. But if you like lime rind beer? Then probably you'll like this. If you like pine tar beer.. well you'll probably like this. But if you like earwax candy corn and sweeping waves of liquefied alcohol....whaaat?? This is not for everyone. But like I said before, for those reasons I gave it 2 thumbs up. And no spoon. 1
