I am in the process of trying this recipe. I followed the recipe exactly adding garlic powder, oregano, hot sauce and black pepper. I have never made stuffed peppers before so this is a nice treat. I will be making this again.

Very good, no bite. Lemon and spice flavors blended together. Overall great flavor. I mixed up a little here and there, but always follow the recipe exactly. This is by far the easiest and quickest recipe I have ever made. It doesn't need as much cooking as it might seem; it mostly depends on how much marinade we have in the fridge. My family went back to the can for the change. We didn't have boca beans, so I would have used red pepper flakes. I would have also added a kick in it. This was all right.
