20 raw red bell peppers
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
salt to taste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
In a medium bowl, mix together the upper ribs of garlic, 1/2 cup of basil, 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/4 of the basil, 1/4 of the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, cumin, turmeric and ground ginger. Toss with the bell peppers and serve.
