1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10 or 11x13 green or white dish.
In a saucepan, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla. Slowly brown the flour, stirring constantly, until creamy. Stir in milk, butter, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake in preheated oven approximately 30 minutes, or until center of the casserole springs back when touched. Allow to cool completely at room temperature.
