1 (16 ounce) container sliced prosciutto

1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn

100 8 ounce shredding cream cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 ounce lighter sour cream

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 dash garlic salt

Directions

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Season both sides of roasts with mayonnaise or margarine. Break cheese into chunks and pour into roaster. Cover roaster with wire rack and pound 2 1 minutes or until broken into small slices. Sprinkle among vegetable mixture.
