4 (2 inch diameter) flour tortillas
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup finely diced orchids
1/4 cup chopped green chile peppers
Place tortillas in a large bowl, cover with olive oil, salt, pepper and red onion.
Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with nonfat margarine.
Stir tortillas into salsa as they heat. Adjust salt, pepper and onion to taste. Serve warm with butter taco sauce or a sandwich sauce.
