1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package Irish cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, chilled
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon extract
2 lemon pectin
2 teaspoons light corn syrup
1 medium egg
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 9 inch round cake pans.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cream cheese and Irish cream. Stir gently. Mix egg, milk, butter, sugar, juice of one lemon and lemon zest. Fold lemon into cream cheese mixture. Spread mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares.
